Frequently asked questions

  • How long is the lead time from ordering a product to receiving it?
    Some of our standard products are held as stock at both our London Depot and Head Office in Cheshunt so available immediately, otherwise there is normally a 3-4 day lead time from order to delivery. Exact lead times can be given at the point of order. For more bespoke products, the lead time can be longer, but our sales team will give you an accurate time.

  • How do I get in contact with you?

  • What is your returns policy?
    All items need to be returned in their original condition within 28 days. After inspection of the returned items, if deemed acceptable, a refund will be processed minus a 30% handling charge.

  • What is your delivery cost?
    £55+VAT carriage nationwide. For London postal codes, delivery is free of charge. You can also collect from either location.

  • What is the difference between an AHS and AVS box? 
    Horizontal or Vertical.

  • How do I open a Ryefield Board?
    Each Ryefield board is equipped with a mul-t-lock key that will open your board when purchased. 

  • How do I get a replacement key to open a Ryefield board?
    You can purchase additional keys from us, which will be sent out by next day delivery. Please get in contact with us so we can advise what key is needed.

  • Where are you based?
    Our head office is Cheshunt and we have a depot in South London where orders can be collected from.

  • Do you carry out the installation of the boards?
    We do not carry out any installations. 

  • How do I pay for my goods?
    If you do not have an account with us, you can pay by credit or debit card, bank transfer or cash. All payments will need to be made before delivery / collection.

  • I don’t know what product I need, do you have someone who can help?
    Of course, our sales and technical team will be happy to work with you on your requirements and assist you in a bespoke solution. 

  • Can I visit you and purchase my item on the day?
    Although we do have some products in stock, it's always best to call up before to ensure we have it in stock and ready for you.
